NEED TO

cancel or reschedule?

A credit card is required to book your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking. 

I understand life happens and things may come up unexpectedly. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime, up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time (however, if you know you cannot make it, it's greatly appreciated if you let me know as soon as possible so I can attempt to fill your time slot). Late cancellations and no shows are disappointing for everyone, so please give as much notice as possible if a change needs to be made to your appointment!

If it is 24 hours before the start time of your appointment:

you may cancel or reschedule by logging into your account online or via the app (Vagaro). If you don't know the login or it is not working, you are welcome to text me for assistance!

If it is within 24 hours and it is NOT the day  of your appointment: 

you must contact me directly via text or phone call to do so and will be charged 50% of the services you had booked (do NOT email me, they often go to spam and I do not see them). 

If it is the day of your appointment:
 

and you cancel, reschedule or no-show, you will be charged up to 100% of the services you had booked. 

**NOTE: If you have multiple services booked and would like to remove any of them from your appointment, this is considered a cancellation (even if you are still receiving some of the originally scheduled services). The cancellation policy above still applies and a 24 hour notice is required to avoid charges.
